Smartpens Reliability Test

The Smartpens Reliability Test was developed to make sure both the Smartpen and Handspy are synchronised, that is, measuring distances, bursts and pauses lengths correctly.

1. Preparation

Print the Smartpens Reliability Test on a Ncode PDF paper (the paper that comes with your Neo Smartpen), A4 size and plain format.

If you don't have this paper, you can download it here.

When printing, select the size option as "actual size".

2. Filling in the Smartpens Reliability Test

Follow the instructions and outline the figures in the Smartpens Reliability Test.

Do not raise your smartpen unless you come across a form of pause (e.g. count to 5).

3. Comparing the data expected and obtained

Upload the xml file to Handspy

Compare the lengths measured with the Smartpen with the expected lengths
